Because of my odd sleeping hours (How odd? You don't wanna know), I've finished 6 games in a matter of 8 days. Talk about eat-sleep-play marathon. What inspired that? Because after 3 years, I finally took the time to read a step by step tutorial on how to make DosBox work. It's an emulator to run old DOS games in a Windows interface. The first obvious choice was the crusader series.





At that time (1995), it was a real time 3rd person shooter game with FMVs and screen interchanges. At that time, it was the state of the art. Took me months to finish it last time. But this time round, I managed to finish it in 1 and a half days!

Have you watched "You don't mess with Zohan"? YOU HAVEN'T?! Well....stay CLEAR of it. Don't even bother watching. I swear to god it decreases your IQ by at least 10 points after watchin' it. Adam Sandler and Rob Sneidjer wasn't even funny AT all. Sigh.

My "watch One-Litre-of-Tears-again-and-banjirkan-bilik-go-go-Sawajiri!" plan didn't work out. No mood to watch sappy shows at the moment. More fun to kick that Major Jo Anne Vargas ass. Woo hoo! (play Crusader to find out -__-)

Ok ok fine, my life is not THAT sad. Contrary to beliefs, I DO get outta my room and I'm not hugging my microwave 24/7. I swear!

I have registered and paid for the ski trip in July. See, I told you my life isn't that sad. But I feel it's time to stop playing games and continue doing my thesis. My lecturer just sent me an email.

"Yong Lim...."

Oh here's the lame thing about it here. Since their names are first names middle name and family name, for example, John Pepsi Smith,

where John -> first name
Pepsi -> middle name
Smith -> family name

therefore, people say it as "John Smith" where the "Pepsi" is omitted. So in MY case, in my official records, my name is Yong Hsin Lim, and the "Hsin" gets omitted. Thus, Yong Lim. My supervisor has been calling me that for months already so it's kinda a little to late to correct him i suppose. At the time I was too lazy also. So oh well. Just let it be lor -___-

Oh back to what i was saying, he sent me an email,

"Yong Lim, you have finished your exams? Great. Here's a few more research papers for u to go through. Have fun =)"

Now that Holland is outta Euro, there isn't much point to watching it already anyways.

According to Lorrie, the ratio of heights of couples (guy to girl) is 1:1.083333333333333. So that means my future (potential) girlfriend whoever she is has to be 162cm. But if the girl is 5 foot 8 and above, I'm screwed. She wear 3 inch heels and I'm screwed. Taller than me ady. No matter what the guy MUST always be taller even when the girlfriend wears heels.

And by 11th of July, I will know whether I (potentially) have one last semester to go before this hell freezes over. (check the countdown) --->

So basically there isn't much to do during the hols. Oh yea, this woman (see below) and her boyfriend(I think) is coming to Melbourne. And I'm being instructed to be the tour guide. Yippie -___-
