I have officially lost weight.
Yeap, I am 71.7kg now from 75+ (come see!! =p)
People normally gain weight during winter. Ugh. I dunno how i lost weight. I think it's probably I eat one meal a day, at 10-11pm. I am awake till 3pm usually. without sleeping the whole night. In the middle of the night if i get hungry, I mass Cocopops™. and then i dun eat till i sleep.
FTW.
Have to sleep more regularly and eat more regularly ady =(
Dun wanna end up all brittle and bony like "roomie".
